A restaurant with no website at all. Four months later, Google puts it in the top three on 220 different searches.
Cleaning in Seville is a saturated market. 93 searches bring SR Limpiez up, 47 on page one, 19 in the top three.
Nine pages only, and 105 searches that bring the company up — 28 of them in the top three results.
Ureshima Beats went live on 24 August and was in Google on the 25th. AJ Cassano went live on the 23rd and was there on the 24th. Both are e-commerce sites — the most contested market there is, where you face catalogues and marketplaces. That is why these two cases are judged on how fast they entered the index, not yet on position: an ultra-optimised site gets in within 24 hours, and content decides what follows.
A trade where people search quietly, and only call once. Third on his main search, two inbound bookings.
Published on 24 August, present in Google on the 25th. Nine days later, seven searches already bring it up.
Live on 23 August, present in Google on the 24th. Nine searches in ten days, in a market held by large catalogues.
Two houses in the Algarve, a site in fifteen languages: 121 searches bring it up, and the first booking came through Google within a few weeks.
Our sites run at 90-100 in mobile performance and 100 everywhere else (accessibility, best practices, SEO) — desktop included. Only ~8% of sites reach 90+/100 on mobile.
PageSpeed Insights screenshot from 3 September 2026, home page: mobile 97, desktop 100. Run the test yourself — the result varies from one run to the next.
Test on PageSpeed →All of them come out of Google Search Console, Google’s own tool, on each client’s account. Nothing is estimated, nothing is rounded up. Every reading carries its date: a figure without a date is not proof, it is a claim. We also publish the cases that do not flatter — AJ Cassano sits on page five, and it says so on his card.
An impression is one time the site was shown in a results page. A click is one time somebody came. The average position is the place held across all searches — it does not tell you the place on one precise search. That is why a site can be 3rd on its trade and 47th on a national variant: the site did not change, the question did.
An ultra-fast site gets read whole by the crawler in one visit: nothing blocks, nothing drags, everything is served from the site itself. An ultra-optimised site then gives it pages that answer what people type. Together they explain the delay we measure: into the index within 24 to 48 hours, recorded twice in August 2026. The position depends on the market — we never guarantee it.
Being on page one is not enough to make the phone ring: you have to be in the top three before people really click. SR Limpiez shows on 47 searches on page one and still has only 50 clicks — that is exactly the work in hand. A click is not a customer, and a position is not a contract: we measure all three separately.

Who am I
Ultra-fast, ultra-optimised sites · ultra-optimised SEO worked every month
I build ultra-fast, ultra-optimised sites, with ultra-optimised and ultra-fast SEO. Ultra-fast means 95 to 100 out of 100 in mobile performance and 100 everywhere else — about 8% of sites get there. Ultra-optimised means one page per subject, written with the words your customers type. Born in Switzerland with Portuguese and Angolan roots, an independent web developer working from Portugal: after studying business, I dived into web development — and quickly saw the market was full of problems.
Behind every site, one person who codes, measures and answers for it: who I am and how I work.
I build ultra-fast, ultra-optimised sites, with ultra-optimised SEO worked on every month. Ultra-fast is not an adjective: it is 95 to 100 out of 100 in mobile performance and 100 everywhere else, desktop included — about 8% of sites get there. Ultra-optimised means one page per subject, written with the words your customers actually type. And ultra-fast SEO means a site that enters Google’s index within 24 to 48 hours: measured twice in August 2026.
I hand-code every site, with no bought theme and no page builder. That is what makes those speeds possible: there is nothing in the page that does not earn its place. You talk to the founder from the first message to going live, every day from 9am to 10pm. No support desk, no ticket, no bot.
At the end of the contract the site is yours, your domain is yours, your accounts are yours. It is the first question to ask any provider, and many answer badly: a rented site you cannot take with you is a site you will pay for forever. Here you are locked in to nobody, not even to us.
I do not promise a position on Google: nobody can guarantee one, and anyone who does is lying. I do not sell SEO without a site — with no site there is nothing to rank. And I do not build a £300 site that costs £2,000 in fixes: the price shown is the price signed.

Local ranking does not depend on where the site is built, but on what the page says and on the company’s Google profile. A Piraeus restaurant sits in the top three on 220 searches; a Seville cleaning firm shows on 47 searches on page one. Neither has ever seen our desk.
In thirty seconds, without taking our word for it: open PageSpeed Insights, Google’s public tool, and type the address. An ultra-optimised site shows 95 to 100 in mobile performance and 100 in accessibility, best practices and SEO. Run the same test on any competitor’s site: it is the most honest comparison there is.
You leave with everything. The site, the domain, the accounts, the content. We hold nothing hostage, and that is not a sales policy: it is written into the contract. A provider who cannot answer that in one sentence should worry you.
Websites live for real clients. Each card opens the full case.
A restaurant does not sell like a clinic, and a contractor is not searched for like an estate agency. An ultra-optimised site therefore starts from the trade: its words, its objections, its moment of decision. That is the difference between a page that exists and a page that shows up — and it is also why a repainted template never climbs.
Images are converted and resized one by one, fonts are served from the site itself, nothing shifts while loading, and there is no library we do not use. On a real job in August 2026, four layout shifts caused by fonts cost 320 milliseconds of blocking time: removing them took the desktop score from 79 to 99.
That is when ultra-optimised SEO starts working. We write, we tie the pages together, we log every search in Search Console, and we correct. A site that stops moving is a site Google eventually forgets: rhythm brings the crawler back, and that is measured on our own clients.
Short, straight answers. The rest is in the drawer just below.
Instagram and Facebook are useful to grab attention. But you don't own them, they limit how you present yourself, and they don't give you the same control over conversion, local SEO, contact forms, click tracking or the credibility of a real web presence.
After payment, you own the site, its files and access. You can move it, change providers, evolve it or keep it — without depending on a closed platform.
Yes: a "growth partner" subscription — hosting, SEO tracking, blog articles and human support — that grows your visibility on Google, cancellable. Its price is set after a conversation: the work is not the same for a local tradesman and for an online shop in seven languages. The site build is €1,870 (launch rate). The usual costs remain: domain and business email.
Typically: domain name, professional email and any optional third-party tools. No mandatory rental of the site itself once you've bought it.
Yes, with the content editor add-on. You can update texts, images, services, FAQ or contact info — no code needed.
Because most professionals end up paying long-term for features they barely use. The idea here is to have a faster, cleaner site that you actually control — without unnecessary dependency.
Less mobile drop-off, smoother reading, a stronger sense of seriousness, faster action and a cleaner foundation for visibility.
A cleaner, faster, clearer site helps you make better use of your traffic. It's not magic, but it's a stronger foundation for SEO, campaigns and conversion tracking.
Your site is readable by everyone — including users with visual impairments and older audiences — and fully understood by search engines. It boosts credibility and helps with SEO at the same time.
Yes. A lean site uses less data, less energy and fewer server resources. It's an eco-friendly approach you can highlight in your responsible business communication.
Any custom tool can be plugged into your site. Send us your idea: we look into it and answer within 2 to 3 days — doable or not, honestly. On payment: right after payment we get in touch directly to start the project. If you'd rather talk first, write to us and we call before any payment.
An ultra-optimised site enters the index within 24 to 48 hours. Useful visibility comes after, and it depends on the market: a few days for a Piraeus restaurant, several months for a Seville cleaning firm where dozens of competitors have been established for years. First enquiries usually arrive when you move from the first pages to the first three places.
Yes, with the optional editor: you change your text, photos and prices without calling us and without breaking the speed. The site stays ultra-fast because the editor adds nothing to the page — that is the difference from an online builder, which stacks layers with every change.
Because it never stops: competitors publish, Google changes, searches move. Ultra-optimised SEO means written content, pages tied together and monthly readings — not a setting you apply once. A provider who sells you ranking “once and for all” is selling you a setting, not work.
It is usually the opposite: the more precise the trade, the easier it is to hold the top of Google, because few people write seriously about it. Our two best results are a neighbourhood restaurant and a car-park cleaning firm. The real problem is never the size of the trade — it is a page that does not say what people type.

Each model is a complete site, ultra-fast and ultra-optimised, built as though it belonged to a real client: same pages, same speed, same structure. What they do not show is your content — your photos, your words, your prices. That is where ranking is decided, and that is the part we write with you.
Because an ultra-optimised site does not have the same shape from one trade to the next: a restaurant needs a menu and an order button, a contractor needs a quote and site photos, an estate agency needs property search. The model closest to yours is the one that will tell you fastest whether this speaks to you.
Open any model on your phone, then put its address into PageSpeed Insights. You will see the same scores as those quoted here — it is the only honest way to check that a site really is ultra-fast, and it works on your competitors’ sites too.
Measured figures, not promises.
