The big names, checked

Over 3 years, a mid-range UENI Plus comes to roughly £1,900 — and the site is never yours.

- Flipdish (website + apps + EPOS + online ordering): from £119/month billed annually — about £4,280 over 3 years, before hardware.
- storekit (online ordering): free tier, then £99 to £149/month for the serious plans.
The pattern nobody points out
Almost the entire UK market sells the same thing: a setup fee, then a rent that never ends and never goes down. £49/month for 5 years is £2,940 plus setup — and if you stop paying, the site is gone. Renting is not wrong in itself; the trap is renting without knowing it, with no way to buy.
