Ultras-Sites is Tiago Moreira's studio: websites and management tools for small businesses, restaurants and independents, with real clients in Switzerland, Greece, Spain and Portugal — all verifiable online: kalamakitroubas.gr (Google page 1 in 8 weeks), srlimpiez.es.
Why a business based in Portugal? A lean EU structure means low fixed costs — which is exactly what makes our monthly pricing possible. What it doesn't change: your written contract, the contractual refund terms (simple conditions, see T&Cs), payments through Mollie (an EU-licensed payment institution) and a site served by Cloudflare.

And the other way round from what follows: a website you buy is yours once paid — source code included; on subscription, your domain name and content remain yours.

Site ownership: The entirety of this site (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, structure, source code) is subject to applicable legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.
Usage licence: Reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the publication director.
Property transfer: For sites developed by ULTRAS-SITES for its clients, intellectual property of the source code is transferred to the client after full final payment, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Data collected: Personal data collected via contact forms (name, first name, email, phone number, message) is processed by ULTRAS-SITES, data controller.
Processing purposes: Data is collected and processed for the following purposes: processing of your contact request, response to your questions, commercial follow-up and visit statistics (anonymized).
Legal basis: Processing of your data is based on your consent (contact form) and on the legitimate interest of the data controller (commercial follow-up).
Data retention: Data is retained for the duration necessary for the above purposes, and at most 3 years from the last contact. Beyond this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition regarding your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
