SME website, ultra-optimised: fixed price, yours to keep
Ultra-fast, ultra-optimised website with ultra-optimised SEO: 95-100 on mobile PageSpeed, in Google within 24-48 h — measured, not promised.
The website of a small business, tradesperson or local shop: ultra-fast, ultra-optimised, in Google's index within 24-48 hours, at a fixed price you know upfront — and it stays yours, like an asset.
About this service
A small-business website has one job: when someone searches for your trade in your town, they find you, understand what you do in five seconds, and get in touch. That is the main product on the offer card, and this page sets out what it includes, how I work, what it costs, and why it is still yours the day you leave.
What's included
What it is for
Being found on your trade and your town first, then on the real problems your customers type ("cracked ceiling", "garage cleaning", "broken shopfront"). Every page answers one precise search, in your words, with your photos and your area. A plasterer in the Valais ranks first for cracks with exactly this model — without a single blog post.
What it includes
A short home page that says what, for whom and where; one page per service; one page per real problem; the areas you cover; a protected contact form and a quick quote; a professional logo and an optimised Google Business Profile. Native languages if your customers need them. And it is ultra-fast on a phone: 90 to 100 on PageSpeed, measured and shown.
How I work
It starts with a conversation, not a quote: your trade, your customers, what actually earns you money. Then a questionnaire so your pages are written in your words. I build, show you, we correct, I publish — usually three to ten days depending on the project — and connect Search Console the same day. Within 24-48 hours the site is in Google's index: measured twice in August 2026. You talk to the founder the whole way.
One fixed price, known upfront
£1,870 in one go, or £159 a month over 12 months, £84 over 24, £57 over 36 — interest free, and the same number in euros and Swiss francs. The price does not move along the way: what is shown is what is signed, and what is signed is what is charged. SEO is priced separately: essential at £29 a month, local and ultra after a conversation, because they depend on your market.
It is yours: an asset, not rent
With many providers you pay for a site you never own — the day you leave, you leave with nothing. Here, once it is paid you stop paying for your site, and you receive a file with the site inside. Hand it to any IT engineer and it works. That is the difference between rent and an asset, and it is why a fixed price makes sense.
Then comes SEO
On its own, the site makes you visible on your name and one or two trade searches. To win the contested searches in your town, we add SEO — essential at £29 a month, local and ultra on quote from £199 and £299 — and every month you receive the Search Console figures, including the ones that do not flatter. The next page explains exactly how I do it.
- SEO: how I work, and what it actually delivers
- The simple showcase site, for an artist or a freelancer
- The premium site: e-commerce, real estate, hotel, web app
- The shop website with click and collect
- The restaurant website with the Ultra POS till
- The tools that go with the site
- Case studies, with dated Search Console figures

Frequently asked questions
How long until it is live?
Three to ten days depending on the project, once the questionnaire is filled in and the photos are in. The site enters Google's index within 24 to 48 hours — measured, not promised. Its place on a contested search depends on the market and on the SEO work.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes: 12, 24 or 36 months, interest free, 36 at the most. Once it is paid, you stop paying for the site. Tools and SEO are separate monthly services you can stop whenever you like.
What is not included?
SEO (essential at £29 a month; local and ultra on quote, from £199 and £299), the monthly tools (calendar, quotes and invoicing, visitor tracking, editor, till) and advertising. The site, the logo, the Google profile, the languages and the speed are included.
What if my business is not a classic SME?
An artist or a freelancer who simply needs a clean presence goes for the simple showcase site, often cheaper. An online shop, an estate agency, a hotel or a web app is a premium site, on quote. A restaurant has its own offer, with the till.

- The quote that goes out before your competitor’s — On building work it is not always the cheapest who wins: it is often the first to answer. How an automated quote on your site prices the job while the customer is still reading, and what that changes.
- Changing a price on your website without asking permission — Waiting three days and paying a quarter of an hour of labour to fix a price is daily life for many businesses. What a content editor changes, and what it really costs.
- The appointments you lose while you are working — A customer who calls while your hands are busy rarely calls back: they call the next place. What an online booking calendar on your own site fixes, what it costs, and why the booking must belong to you.
- Ultra POS: till, kitchen and ordering in one system — Delivery platforms take up to 30% of the basket, and the till, the website and online ordering are usually three separate subscriptions. What Ultra POS brings together, and what it changes on the bottom line.
- Finally knowing which page actually works for your business — Most owners pay for a website without ever knowing what it does. What visitor tracking shows, what it lets you stop paying for, and why a Google position alone proves nothing.
