What it changes for you
A customer calls back and you have to search your inbox for their quote. Gestion Ultra keeps contact details, quotes, invoices, contracts and recorded reminders in their customer record. You can find the documents and check where things stand before you reply.

What's included
One record per customer
Every customer with their details, their history of quotes, invoices and appointments, your notes. One search, and everything is there.
Quotes, invoices, credit notes
Continuous numbering reserved in the database; an issued invoice is never edited — it is cancelled by a credit note, as the rules require. VAT follows your country.
Contracts to fill in and sign
Your contract templates with the fields to fill in; once signed, the contract is frozen and kept. Licences, terms, scope: written once, reused always.
Appointments, reminders and accounting records
Appointments, payment reminders, scheduled follow-ups, and a clean export for the accountant. What used to take four tools fits in one, inside your website.
Pricing
Standard Gestion Ultra: Business management: £69/month, 6-month minimum · EUR = CHF = £, same number · included in POS Ultra for restaurants. A Gestion Ultra feature: see the management offer. Bespoke adaptations are quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
How much does customer management cost?
Quoted, according to the modules you need: the base is the same for everyone, only the settings change — country, currency, VAT, mentions. The quote is firm, no surprises.
Is it software to install?
No. It is a page of your website, password-protected, that you add to your phone's home screen. It works like an app, on phone, tablet and computer.
Is my data with you?
It sits in your website's database, in the European cloud you pay for, and it exports whenever you want. We only access it for the maintenance you entrust to us.
Does it work for my trade?
The base was built for a Swiss beatmaker — licence contracts, invoices, customers — and it serves as is for a service company, a decorator, a tradesperson. Only the words and the settings change.

- SEO explained simply: what it is and what it changes for your business — SEO is what makes a customer who searches for what they need on Google land on you rather than someone else. Explained without jargon: what Google looks at, what moves you up, and what you should never believe.
- The quote that goes out before your competitor’s — On building work it is not always the cheapest who wins: it is often the first to answer. How an automated quote on your site prices the job while the customer is still reading, and what that changes.
- Changing a price on your website without asking permission — Waiting three days and paying a quarter of an hour of labour to fix a price is daily life for many businesses. What a content editor changes, and what it really costs.
- The appointments you lose while you are working — A customer who calls while your hands are busy rarely calls back: they call the next place. What an online booking calendar on your own site fixes, what it costs, and why the booking must belong to you.
- Ultra POS: till, kitchen and ordering in one system — Delivery platforms take up to 30% of the basket, and the till, the website and online ordering are usually three separate subscriptions. What Ultra POS brings together, and what it changes on the bottom line.
- Finally knowing which page actually works for your business — Most owners pay for a website without ever knowing what it does. What visitor tracking shows, what it lets you stop paying for, and why a Google position alone proves nothing.
