About this service
A self-employed tradesperson loses evenings to three things that earn nothing: rebuilding a quote in a spreadsheet, chasing an unpaid invoice, and filling a shoebox for the accountant. The management space lives inside your website, behind a password: clients, quotes, invoices, suppliers and books in one place. You work during the day, it files while you do.
What's included
One photo, and the invoice is filed
Photograph a supplier invoice with your phone. It is read automatically — supplier, amount, date, due date — and filed into your expenses with the photo attached. No more plastic wallet in the van.
Stop chasing money
Every invoice has a state: issued, sent, paid, overdue. Reminders go out in one click, and the tool warns you when a due date is coming — yours and your suppliers'. You always know what you are owed and what you owe.
The quote goes out by email, straight away
Pick your lines from a catalogue built for your trade, adjust the quantity, and the quote leaves for the client from the tool, with your logo. Once accepted it becomes an invoice without retyping.
Your accountant gets a journal, not a box
Every invoice and every expense comes out with its debit and credit account, following your country's chart of accounts. Your accountant checks and signs off instead of reclassifying everything — that is time they stop billing you.
Your client signs online, on your own site
You send a link: your client opens your site, reads the quote, signs with a finger, done. The link freezes the amounts — nothing can change between what you quoted and what they sign. On signing, they are created in your client list if new, the quote is marked accepted, and the invoice builds on the same figures, with no retyping.
Your clients, your jobs, your diary
Each client has a file: contact details, quotes, invoices, documents, notes. Appointments have their diary with reminders. Nothing gets lost between two jobs, and nothing depends on your memory.
The same tool for every trade
The catalogue of items and the rates are set once, to your trade. It is the same tool for a plasterer, a demolition firm and a decorator — with different words.
Pricing

Frequently asked questions
How much is the management space?
£29 a month, cancellable. Same number in euros, Swiss francs and pounds. Quotes, invoices, contracts, clients, suppliers, diary and accounting exports are included.
Does it replace my accountant?
No, and the file they receive says so at the top: the tool prepares, the accountant validates. What you save is the reclassifying time — the time you are billed for today.
Is the invoice scanning reliable?
It reads the photo and fills the fields; you see what it read before saving and correct it in one tap. An uncertain reading is flagged rather than saved silently.
Is my data mine?
It lives in your own database, on your own site, not in shared software. You can export everything whenever you want.
What if I am not VAT registered?
Put 0 in your settings and no VAT line appears on your documents. Until you answer, the tool issues nothing: it does not guess your tax status for you.
