What's included
Photograph and file a supplier invoice
Photograph a supplier invoice to keep the original document with the expense. When automatic reading is enabled, it suggests the supplier, amount and dates. Check the extracted details: saving an invoice does not mark it as paid.
Track payments and unpaid invoices
See what customers owe, which supplier bills need paying and when they are due. Recorded payments update the figures. You can prepare a reminder; automatic sending requires the relevant settings and service to be enabled. A manually entered status does not confirm a payment in your bank account.
Prepare a quote and its email
Choose your services, adjust the quantities and prepare the quote with your logo. The email button opens your email app with a message and a link to the document: review it, then send it. Once the quote is accepted, create the invoice from the same line items without retyping them.
Prepare records for your accountant
Keep invoices, expenses, receipts and recorded payments together, then export the data for your accountant. They check the classifications and prepare the relevant returns. This record of payments is separate from automatic bank reconciliation.
Let customers sign on your website
Your customer opens the link, reads the document and signs on your website. Once saving is confirmed, the signed contract is available in their record. The agreed amounts stay attached to that contract; issuing an invoice is a separate step.
Your clients, your jobs, your diary
Each client has a file: contact details, quotes, invoices, documents, notes. Appointments have their diary with reminders. Nothing gets lost between two jobs, and nothing depends on your memory.

Frequently asked questions
How much is the management space?
£69 a month, 6-month minimum. Same number in euros, Swiss francs and pounds. Quotes, invoices, contracts, clients, suppliers, diary and accounting exports are included.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It brings your documents together and prepares an export for your accountant. Agree the checks, final classifications and tax returns with them; a reduction in their fees is not guaranteed.
Is the invoice scanning reliable?
A photo can be read incorrectly. If you choose automatic saving, a usable reading can create the expense directly; an uncertain reading needs checking. Compare the document, amount, currency and due date. Scanning an invoice does not prove that it has been paid.
Is my data mine?
Your management data is stored in a database dedicated to your website, hosted by Cloudflare. Exports let you retrieve the data. Maintenance access is governed by our agreement with you; the data is not stored solely on your phone or your own server.
What if I am not VAT registered?
Put 0 in your settings and no VAT line appears on your documents. Until you answer, the tool issues nothing: it does not guess your tax status for you.
