What it changes for you
A colour is processing and the phone rings. A client doesn’t turn up, and the slot is lost. In the evening the till is reconciled in a notebook, and what each client likes is written down nowhere. Salon Ultra puts it all in one place, on your own website: online booking and payment, the salon till, a record for every client with her loyalty card, and your team’s hours.
See it in action
The real demo screens, on a computer and on a phone. Fictional data.

7 / 8LoyaltyYou set the rule (after 5, 8 or 10 visits, 10 to 30% off the next one): the till applies it by itself.

What's included
Bookings come in while you work
Your client picks the treatment, the person, the day and the time on your website, without creating an account: she only sees the slots that are really free. The phone rings less, and the diary still fills up — in the evening and on Sundays too.
Fewer forgotten appointments
The appointment goes into her phone, which reminds her the day before. And if you switch it on, she pays online when she books: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The salon till
A treatment, a product, a discount; card or cash, VAT included. The receipt reaches the client’s phone by QR code, as a PDF if she wants: nothing to print.
A record for every client
Her visits, what she has spent, her preferences, her loyalty card. When it’s time to bring her back, a message is ready for WhatsApp, text or email.
Loyalty that applies itself
You set the rule — after 5, 8 or 10 visits, 10 to 30% off the next one — and the till applies it without you having to think about it.
Your team and their hours
Everyone clocks in and out. Planned hours, time spent on treatments and clocked hours sit side by side.
Your clients stay yours
Bookings happen on your website, in your name and your colours, not on a platform that keeps your clients’ contact details. No commission per appointment: a fixed monthly subscription you can cancel.
And the business side, if you want it
With the £159 plan, business management joins the same space: quotes, invoices and expenses.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Salon Ultra cost?
Solo £59 a month for 1 to 2 people, Team £99 for the whole team, £159 with business management. No commission per appointment. The price is the same in euros, Swiss francs and pounds.
Do my clients have to install an app?
No. They book on your website without creating an account: a name, a way to reach them, the slot. The appointment goes into their phone in one tap.
What about appointments taken by phone?
You enter them in the same diary in a few seconds: everything is in one place, and the website no longer offers the slot that’s taken.
Can I try it?
Yes. The demo of a beauty salon is open: book as a client, then explore the salon’s workspace — diary, till, client record. The data is fictional.

- SEO explained simply: what it is and what it changes for your business — SEO is what makes a customer who searches for what they need on Google land on you rather than someone else. Explained without jargon: what Google looks at, what moves you up, and what you should never believe.
- The quote that goes out before your competitor’s — On building work it is not always the cheapest who wins: it is often the first to answer. How an automated quote on your site prices the job while the customer is still reading, and what that changes.
- Changing a price on your website without asking permission — Waiting three days and paying a quarter of an hour of labour to fix a price is daily life for many businesses. What a content editor changes, and what it really costs.
- The appointments you lose while you are working — A customer who calls while your hands are busy rarely calls back: they call the next place. What an online booking calendar on your own site fixes, what it costs, and why the booking must belong to you.
- Ultra POS: till, kitchen and ordering in one system — Delivery platforms take up to 30% of the basket, and the till, the website and online ordering are usually three separate subscriptions. What Ultra POS brings together, and what it changes on the bottom line.
- Finally knowing which page actually works for your business — Most owners pay for a website without ever knowing what it does. What visitor tracking shows, what it lets you stop paying for, and why a Google position alone proves nothing.
