Website: simple, premium or cinematic, the three choices

A simple website for a small business, premium to sell or take bookings online, cinematic for a brand: the three Ultras-Sites websites, their prices and pages.

About this service

At Ultras-Sites there are three kinds of website to choose from. The simple website is the practical one for a small business, a tradesperson or a shop: people find you, understand what you do in seconds, and get in touch. The premium website is for when the site has to sell, take bookings or give a valuation online. The cinematic website is for a house that sells an experience before it sells a product. All three are ultra-fast and ultra-optimised, on subscription or bought outright and yours to keep. This page sets out who each one is for, what it costs, and which page goes into detail, trade by trade.

What's included

The simple website: the practical choice for a small business

A home page that says what you do, for whom and where; a page per service; the areas you cover; a protected contact form and a quick quote. It is the site of a tradesperson, a shop or a practice — and, at its simplest, of an artist or a freelancer. On subscription: £88 a month plus a £588 set-up fee, no commitment. To buy: from £2,999 for a simple website, from £3,666 for a small business site.

The premium website: it sells, it books, it values

An online shop with no sales commission, an estate agency with online valuation, a hotel, a web app: the site does something, with a back office and often several languages. Built to measure. On subscription: £888 to start, then £248 a month, 12 months minimum. To buy: from £3,699, the final price set after a conversation about your project.

The cinematic website: the experience before the menu

For a fine-dining restaurant, a hotel or a brand, the site moves like a film as you scroll, the text writes itself as you go, and booking stays within reach — and it stays fast. On subscription: £1,666 to start, then £366 a month, 12 months minimum. To buy: from £7,888.

Your trade, in detail

Each trade has its own page, with what the site does there and the tools that go with it: the salon and its booking diary, the restaurant and its till, the builder and their quotes, the estate agent and their valuations, the clinic and its appointments, the shop and its click and collect. The list is at the bottom of this page.

Subscription or purchase: your call

On subscription, the site runs on our side — hosting and upkeep included — and your domain name and content remain yours. Bought outright, the site is yours: you receive it, hand it to whoever you like, and it works. Same number in pounds, euros and Swiss francs.

Frequently asked questions

Which website should I choose for my business?

If you want to be found and called, the simple website, in its small business version. If your site has to sell, take bookings or give valuations, the premium. If your customers choose with their heart — a table, a room, a brand — the cinematic. If in doubt, tell me about your trade: I will tell you which one, and why.

Can I start simple and move up later?

Yes, without starting again: the site is modular. We add a shop, a booking diary or a content editor when the need comes, and the rest stays as it is.

Is SEO included?

Every site goes live with the SEO groundwork done. Ongoing SEO, month after month, is priced separately: basic at £39 a month, local at £199 a month, ultra on quote, from £299 a month.

How long until it is live?

A simple website, three to ten days once your texts and photos are in. A premium or cinematic site depends on its features: the timescale is written down before we start.
