Online ordering for restaurants, no commission
Ultra-fast, ultra-optimised website with ultra-optimised SEO: 95-100 on mobile PageSpeed, in Google within 24-48 h — measured, not promised.
An online ordering module for restaurants, directly on your website: the customer orders, pays, chooses collection or delivery, and you pay no commission. The order lands in the POS Ultra till.
About this service
An order placed through a delivery platform costs you between a quarter and a third of the basket. The same order placed from your own website costs you the card fee. That is the whole difference between a restaurant working for itself and a restaurant working for an app. The online ordering module puts the menu, the basket, the payment and the tracking on your website, and sends the order to your till.
What's included
The menu, handmade, on the page
No PDF to download: the menu is written into the page, with photos, prices, extras and ingredients to remove. The customer builds the dish as they would at the counter, and Google reads every dish as text — which no PDF allows.
Collection or delivery
The customer picks a collection time or shares their location for delivery. The driver shares theirs, and the customer watches them arrive. No app to install: the website is enough.
Payment online or on collection
Card online through a European payment provider, or payment on handover. The receipt and the invoice come out of the till, compliant with your country.
The order reaches the kitchen, not an inbox
An online order enters POS Ultra like an order taken at a table: it appears on the kitchen screen with its timer, and the waiter sees what is ready. Nobody retypes anything.
Pricing
Included in your country's restaurant offer, quoted · 0 commission on orders · EUR = CHF = £, one to one.
Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need to install anything?
No. They open your website, order and pay. On a phone they can add the site to their home screen and find it again like an app, but nothing is compulsory.
How much does online ordering cost?
The module is part of the restaurant offer, priced country by country, and quoted according to your set-up. What is certain: no commission on orders, ever.
Can I keep the platforms as well?
Yes. Many keep one platform to be seen, and steer regular customers towards ordering on the website, where the margin is whole. Platform orders can be entered into the till for the accounts.
What if someone orders while we are closed?
Online ordering follows your opening hours: outside service, the site offers to book a table or order for later. Nothing falls into a void.
