WhatsApp = your replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free; messages you start yourself (templates) are charged by Meta, per message. SMS = ~€0.04-0.10 per SMS via Twilio (you pay Twilio direct, we take no margin). No hidden subscription, no surprise.
